My husband ordered this cookbook because it has so many recipes of the foods we enjoy eating. One of my favorites is the “Pickled Onions” - one problem - the recipe calls for 2 cups of Salt!!! DO NO use 2 cups of Salt “PLEASE use 2 Tablespoons”. I emailed Lynette and she promptly apologized and told me they didn’t catch the error until the book was already printed. I hope you all read this review before you make the delicious Pickled Onions. Enjoy BACK IN THE DAY!! I’m lov’n it!!!
